ClockInv (“the Service”) is a third-party addon that connects a Clockify workspace to invoicing platforms (currently Fakturoid) and generates invoices from tracked time, on user request.
You may use the Service if you are a workspace administrator in Clockify with valid credentials for the connected invoicing platform. You must also comply with the terms of Clockify (CAKE.com) and Fakturoid.
You agree not to: reverse-engineer or probe the Service for vulnerabilities, use it to issue invoices on behalf of anyone other than your Fakturoid account owner, attempt to overload the Service, or use it to violate applicable laws.
The Service is offered free of charge during the beta phase. Paid tiers may be introduced later with prior notice; continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for incorrect invoices, missed billings, tax consequences, double invoicing, or any data loss. You are responsible for reviewing generated invoices before issuing them to your clients.
See the Privacy Policy for what data we store and why. Uninstalling the addon in Clockify deletes all data we hold for your workspace.
These terms may be updated. Material changes will be announced on the addon’s settings page in Clockify. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the addon. We may suspend access for users who materially violate these terms.
These terms are governed by the law of the Czech Republic. Disputes are resolved under Czech jurisdiction.
